Why

To tell you when the thing we're making launches, if ever — and to understand how friendships drift.

Where it lives

Airtable. Named, because "a third-party service" is weasel wording.

How long

Until the project ends, or until you tell us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project quietly dies, so does the list.

Sharing

Your email and survey answers: just us, no one else. Page visits are also seen by the analytics providers listed below.

Deletion

Email [email protected] and it's gone. You can also ask what we have on you, and we'll just tell you.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics. Both run cookieless — Google Analytics loads with consent denied by default, so it sets no cookies and builds no advertising profile. We can see that a page was visited, not who you are.
